I agree. In many cases failure leads to try harder and achieve success. We need to help our students believe in themselves and believe that they can succeed.

Failure teaches us where we can improve. But it requires that we have a positive growth mindset – a belief that we can do better. Failure is a greater teacher than success. Failure teaches us where we can improve. Success itself does not teach us how we can improve. Learning to improve is like climbing a ladder that takes us to higher heights. And for that reason failure is a greater teacher.
