I use my role in higher education as an adjunct lecturer along with the strategic lenses of Deconstruction, Structuralism, Gender and Feminism (all definitions and iterations thereof) to not only facilitate students' access, retention, and success but also to promulgate issues pertaining to human dignity and social justice at the global level, given that students must be aware of what they have (and do not have) in terms of both Rule of Law and material goods in order that they might preserve it for themselves, as well as their progeny and in the case of what society lacks work toward its obtention for the greater good; one person left behind means that all are left behind in some crucial/critical manner.
