Piazza LTI on CUNY Blackboard

I am trying to add <a href=\"http://piazza.com\">Piazza</a> to my Blackboard class via these instructions: <a href=\"https://piazza.com/blackboard-easy-setup\">https://piazza.com/blackboard-easy-setup</a>. However, I am receiving an error when I add the link: \"This tool provider is not supported. Only standard URL links to this site are permitted.\"

I\'ve been trying to get in touch with tech support about this issue with no luck. Does Piazza need to be whitelisted? If so, is there someone I should talk to about that? Has anyone had any luck getting Piazza to work with Blackboard?
