  The pickings for scheduling our meeting next week are very slim. Actually, I have much more flexibility on Wednesday than the attached Doodle indicates, so if there is a time that works better, please let me know. We will need for folks to begin posting their material for the presentation by mid-week — at the latest — yours truly included. Thanks.

  My Wednesday next week has really filled up–but earlier in the day would work for me. I could do 9-10, 11-12, or 12-1

  I checked off 12-1 as a possible time to meet. I will have to make it a short hour though.
