    • Excited to be at the conference with you and Deborah Hazzard-Robinson, DBA, MBA, CDE ®, PASC. Our panel discussion will rewire how people think about applied AI day to day. Thank you for being a great colleague and mentor!

ICBED-2026 runs April 20–21 at the Marriott New York JFK. Day 1 hybrid (in-person and virtual), Day 2 virtual. Eighteen countries represented. CPD-accredited.

The program cuts across the questions actually shaping the global economy: AI workforce integration, the future of business education, sustainable finance and ESG, geopolitical risk at the world’s shipping chokepoints, emerging-market firms reshaping international business, and inclusive economic development.

      • I’ll be presenting on – “From Rollout to Redesign: An Economist’s Framework for AI Workforce Integration.”

The premise is simple and uncomfortable: most enterprise AI investments are failing — not because the technology is insufficient, but because the organizational design is broken.

I’ll be introducing three proprietary frameworks I’ve developed from labor economics, institutional design theory, and my own executive experience:

Bridge Capital™ — the measurable trust infrastructure required for knowledge to move across generational cohorts.

Tech-Enabled Futures™ — a four-layer redesign architecture addressing workflow, readiness, governance, and fluency.

Collaborative Intelligence™ — the design logic for organizing human judgment, AI capability, and age-diverse strengths into coordinated decision systems.

The central argument: AI integration is fundamentally an intergenerational human design problem. The institutions that lead will be those that redesign work wisely, build trust across generations, and organize judgment with discipline.

I’ll also be joining a panel moderated by Dr. Deborah Hazzard-Robinson, DBA (USC Darla Moore School of Business) with Dr. Shane Snipes, Ph.D. (BMCC/CUNY) — a multi-level case study of how AI is actually being implemented from the Dean’s office to the classroom. No hype. No abstraction. Real institutional practice.
