I am an educational sociologist and Digital Pedagogy Manager at the Baruch College Center for Teaching & Learning. I earned my Ph.D. in sociology at The CUNY Graduate Center, and I’ve taught as an adjunct instructor at several CUNY colleges since 2011. My dissertation focused on the role of game-based learning in K-12 education, specifically how game-based pedagogy fits into narratives around the purpose of learning and schools.
