Hi all, please, find my reworked version of the proposal. I tried to make it clearer according to the comments and also cut it. I still have to cut more, I think. So, if you would have a chance to look and see how clear it is now and if you see any parts that I can cut, I would be really thankful!

Workshop 7 months, 2 weeks agoI’ve attached a very draft-y chapter in progress to discuss on Thursday. Much of it needs to be built out, but I kept placeholders for clarity. My own goals for the chapter are on page one in red font, and I tried something new with this one and wrote the concluding Discussion section before any of the text in the body. Discussion is at the end.

Workshop 9 months agoHi all, this is my proposal draft. Overall it’s 18 pages without a map, table of content and references. It’s a bit longer for our suggested class requirements:) but I assume it should be ok within a regular size for the proposals.

I am conducting qualitative interviews with residents of West Virginia about changes they have seen throughout their lifetime caused by the mining industry and their visions of transition from mining. It will be very helpful to get any feedback on flow and any themes that stand out. Thank you!!
