    Student Inclusion Initiatives are pleased to invite you to an upcoming virtual workshop titled Creating Accessible Experiences for Deaf Students. This workshop is facilitated by Lore Kinast and Kate Lewandowski of the National Deaf Center of Postsecondary Outcomes. It is designed to examine the diverse needs of deaf students and a review of common accommodations used across academic and campus settings. Learn practical strategies to reduce barriers and improve access, including captioning media in advance, creating visually accessible classrooms, and planning inclusive events.
