    The University Library at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign is
    searching for a Digital Publishing Specialist (http://go.illinois.edu/digpub

    to manage editorial and publication workflows, and manage post-publication
    web archiving and digital preservation workflows, for our born digital,
    open access publishing service. We are reaching out to individuals such as
    yourself who have expertise in areas related to the degree requirements and
    work responsibilities of this position, in the hope that you may have had
    the opportunity in recent years to work with exceptional graduate students
    who might enjoy working in digital scholarly publishing. This position
    requires a master’s degree in a related field (which can be interpreted
    broadly) and would be a good fit for a graduate interested in scholarly
    publishing, digital humanities, or metadata and web archives. The ideal
    candidate will be detail oriented and organized in order to facilitate
    timely progress on production workflows. They will also answer basic
    questions from our authors about use of digital publication platforms and
    maintain documentation and guides supporting those users.
