    – Thursday, November 12, 11am-12pm

    – Thursday, November 19, 3pm-4:30pm (watch-party – Folger event on Race & Archives)

    – Thursday, December 10, 11am-12pm

We begin on October 13 with \”Talking to People in Archives, A Conversation About Human Access\”

The Digital Archives Research Collective (DARC) is organizing a virtual meeting on the topic of remote human access. The first DARC Open Meeting of the semester will explore ways to connect researchers with archivists and librarians, given the current personal and physical constraints which are disrupting access to resources. This meeting will emphasize the process of building human relationships from a distance, and will offer advice to those who are limited by lack of access to institutions and collections. We invite researchers at all stages to join the conversation.

Please join our group on the CUNY Academic Commons to receive the zoom information for this meeting and future meetings.
