The Center for Research and Understanding of Sexual Health Disparities (CRUSHD) serves as a cohesive think tank and working group for both York faculty and faculty members from collaborating institutions, staff, students, and members of the community who are passionate about investigating the factors associated with disparities in sexual health. The Center conducts research on the biopsychosical determinants of sexual health inequalities and aims to identify innovative methods that will inform the development of health education and health promotion interventions targeting under-served populations.

The Center also serves as a resource of dissemination of findings in terms of publications, presentations, and professional development education and training opportunities. Students and community members interested in becoming involved with Center projects should review our “Education and Training” section for more information.
