Methods Draft

Sasha Miller Roger Hart Child and Youth Studies 10.4.2017 Draft of methods I will be writing a comparison literature review using different scholarly articles highlighting the different implications and effects of youth employment on impoverished teenagers. I will focus on those who are doubly marginalized by their identities (black, brown, and immigrant youth). I will also highlight youth employment and its effects on academic success and general development. I have not found much but I would hopefully like to find research on how steady and consistent employment can changes a teen’s perception of familial responsibility and independence.
