Writing an analysis is much more than just describing the object or topic. Knowing the history of the material/topic is just as important. For my paper I analyzed a disastrous game, not only did I need to describe the game but also, I needed to considerate of how the game turned out the way it did. Therefore, the most important process for this paper is definitely the research aspect. For my analysis, I decided to keep myself out, so I did not use words like β€œI,” β€œme,” etc.

For the first draft, first, I did the research and completed the body of the paper. I also included comments on what other common people thought about the topic as appose to using only using scholar paper. I did not really know how the story tied up at first, therefore, I left the introduction and conclusion of the analysis as the final step. After I finished researching and writing the body, I realized the main reason that caused problems with the game, so I decided to write my intro focus on that, which is supported by the rest of the body.

On a technical perspective, I proofread several times to fix any grammar mistakes. I also ended up changing the structure of the analysis, moving the placement of the paragraph, as suggested by my professor. Finally, I also had help from peers, who helped me properly cite the pictures I included based on the game.
