Thanks to everyone who voted for a time for the next LACUNY Scholarly Communications Roundtable meeting. The winning date/time is:

    Tuesday, October 8 @ 2:30-4:30pm
(I shifted it from 2-4 to 2:30-4:30 because of a change in my schedule — I hope this doesn’t negatively affect your ability to attend!)

The meeting will be at the Graduate Center, Room TBA.

Between now and then, please think about whether you’re interested in running to chair or co-chair the roundtable. I’m happy to continue in my role, but I’m also very happy to pass on the reins if others are interested. And I’d certainly rather co-chair than singly chair, so if that’s what you’re thinking too, maybe we could co-chair together, or maybe I could help match you up with someone

Questions? Interested in (co-)chairing? Interested in (co-)chairing but can’t make the meeting? Get in touch!

Apologies to those for whom this time doesn’t work. I hope you’ll be able to come to future meetings/events!

    Thanks,
    Jill

Thanks to all who attended the Scholarly Communications Roundtable meeting on 10/8, and apologies to those for whom the time did not work. We had a productive meeting and started thinking about some events for the 2019-2020 year. I’m staying on as co-chair this year, and Nancy Foasberg (Queens) will be joining me. For details about the meeting, notes are here: http://bit.ly/scrt-10-08-19
