CUNY TutorTrac and AdvisorTrac Admins

This group is for folks who are using Redrock Software products, including TutorTrac, AdvisorTrac, LabTrac, SurveyTrac, SAGE, and the Whiteboard.     Have you converted to CUNYfirst already? If so, what was it like to change your Trac import file from SIMS to CUNYfirst? Was it quick and easy or did it take a while to get it right? Any advice to share for those of us who have yet to do it? Pitfalls to avoid? Tips for success?

    Hi Michele,
    Yes, we converted to CUNYfirst and both the advisor trac and tutor track are working well. Please contact the APPLICATIONS SYSTEMS DEVELOPER at your college to get assistance with the integration of CUNYfirst and tutor trac.

    Hi Pedro,

    We’re working with the folks on our campus, but it would be helpful to draw upon the experiences of the people who have already done it. Would you share the name of the applications systems developer on your campus so I can get in touch with him/her?
