The Brooklyn Waterfront Research Center will be hosting a half-day conference on the history, culture, and future of biking in the borough of Brooklyn. For more information check out their save the date post: http://bwrc.commons.gc.cuny.edu/2013/01/31/save-the-date-biking-in-brooklyn-conference-march-22/
