The Group for Group Admins

A meta-group for all of the Commons’ group admins so that the CUNY Academic Commons team can share information and keep you updated about changes to the site (and especially the Group interface). This group will also provide a way for us to get feedback from you about features you’d like to see added and ways we can improve the Group functionality.

modify event calendar settings?

  • Hi Collette – Are you heavily invested in using this particular plugin? If not, there is another plugin (“Events Manager”) that lets you do roughly the same thing, and its widget allows you to modify how date/time is displayed. See attached.

    The plugin you have installed also has template functionality, but it seems to be more involved to make such a simple change.

    All I did to get the time to show was add “_EVENTTIMES” to the “List Item Format” section of the widget. That section seems pretty configurable.

    Just to be clear, the solution above works if you use “Event Manager” rather than “The Event Calendar” plugin.

    The “format” is as follows (note: I’m using custom css classes to handle formatting)
