I chose Yalow because I am interested in the medical field and the Yalow honors program opened many opportunities for me in the field. The priority registration for classes and the advisers specifically for Yalow students, added to my interest. Additionally, the scholarship that Yalow provides factored greatly into my decision. At Hunter College, I hope that I can make lifelong friends and be a part of something that can make a positive impact.
