My research interests involve field- and museum-based isotopic, geochemical, and petrological studies involving metals and their use in prehistory and Antiquity. Currently, I am involved in three lines of research: 1) insights into the genesis of tin deposits by means of Sn isotopic variations; 2) the provenance and broad-scale trade of metals in European and Anatolian prehistory, and the resilience of these exchange networks; and 3) the effects of metamorphism on ore deposits.
