Professor, Program for Deaf Adults, LaGuardia Community College

I teach in the Education and Language Acquisition Department as well as the Department of English at LaGuardia Community College. My classes are comprised of deaf students so content is presented in American Sign Language. My research relates to sign language acquisition, interpreter effectiveness and reading and writing pedagogy for deaf post-secondary students.
