Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College: Class of 2026

I am a junior with the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College; I am also part of the interdisciplinary Thomas Hunter Honors Program and the Solomon Bluhm Scholars Program in Classics as well as being a Horace W. Goldsmith Honors Scholar. I’m double-majoring in Latin and Hebrew with a minor in English, a concentration in political science, and a pre-law focus. I’m deeply grateful to the many teachers and mentors who continue to guide me on my intellectual journey. My research interests include feminist-psychoanalytic literary theory; philosophies and practices of jurisprudence; the intersection of criminal and constitutional law; Gothic art and literature, with an emphasis on the Romantic period; and theories of translation, particularly when bridging the gap between ancient and modern languages. After completing my undergraduate education, I plan to pursue a JD, work as a prosecutor, and eventually become a federal appellate judge.
