My research and teaching interests are in gender & sexuality, sex work, social justice, inequalities, and feminism. My recent project explores worker organizing for “non-traditional” workers often considered un-organizable: sex workers. I am also co-author of The State of Sex (Routledge), an ethnographic exploration of Nevada’s rural brothels.
