Meri Mneyan

Yalow Honors Scholar

Major: Biology

I’m a biology student at Hunter College with the goal of becoming a physician assistant, driven by a strong passion for neuroscience and women’s health. Currently, I work as both a receptionist and medical assistant at an OB-GYN clinic, where I gain valuable hands-on experience and insight into patient care. In addition, I volunteer at a hospital every Sunday, deepening my understanding of the healthcare environment and reinforcing my commitment to serving others. These experiences have not only strengthened my clinical skills but also fueled my dedication to supporting patients with empathy, knowledge, and respect. I’m excited to continue building a career that blends science, compassion, and advocacy.
