Lucy McNair teaches academic and creative writing at LaGuardia CC where she co-leads a language-awareness faculty seminar, Language Across the Curriculum, and co-curates the New York Forum of Amazigh Film. A translator of North African Francophone literature, her research focuses on Amazigh literature and film, on working through traumatic memory, and on moving towards a translingual pedagogy.
