I received my PhD in Linguistics from the CUNY Graduate Center where I focused on Second Language Acquisition/Applied Linguistics. I am a faculty member in the Education and Language Acquisition Department at LaGuardia CC. I am interested in language in education, particularly in translanguaging pedagogy.
