While you have a compelling argument, I disagree that Amazon has violated their core values. Amazon is only providing a service to ICE, so ICE is basically a customer just like me and you to Amazon.
I agree with your argument, amazon is not going against their mission statement and you can say that the US government is also a customer of Amazon, because Amazon is getting paid for their services.
