I am a sociologist, urbanist, and am interested in housing and finance.
I am a doctoral student in Sociology at The Graduate Center (CUNY). I hold a Master’s degree from Fordham University in Sociology and a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish Literature and Language from Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego. I am interested in housing, quantitative methods, urban neighborhoods, inequality, finance, and gentrification. My research centers on the intersection of finance and housing, specifically how the crafting of mortgage policies impacts Latino communities.
