I am a Professor of Health Sciences and Program Director of the Public & Community Health Program at LaGuardia Community College. I am the Executive Director of the Center for LGBTQ Studies (CLAGS). I am also an alumnus of both the Critical Social-Personality doctoral program at the Graduate Center and the Master’s of Public Health Policy & Management program at the CUNY School of Public Health & Health Policy.
