I am a working professional in Mass Communication having had an unusually diverse career as an actor, writer, director and producer in various media.

My BS and Masters are from Northwestern University and Smith College. I have been an Adjunct at Lehman College and Iona College teaching: Writing for Mass Media, Foundations of Broadcasting, Introduction to Theatre, Audio Production, Broadcast Journalism, Cinema II, Video Production, Advanced Video Production, and Advanced Writing for Film and Video. For years, I privately taught acting for prime time television and former students and some I have mentored are currently working in episodic television and on Broadway.

In the corporate world, I was a stage and video director and presentation consultant directing multimillion dollar launches for major pharmaceutical companies including AstraZeneca, Merck and Pfizer, and Chase and JPMorganChase Private Bank in venues such as the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, the Silverado Ranch in Napa, Prague Castle, and an event at Claridge’s in London that included a sit-down dinner for 150 at Kensington Palace.

I coached the former CEO of JPMChase Private Bank and the Head of Marketing, Russian Senator Michael Margelov and Fouad Ajami former Presidential Advisor on the Middle East. I helped develop content to present in closed-door sessions to David Rockefeller, Lee Kuan Yew and Henry Kissinger.

Stage and television directing credits include: Tony nominated and Obie winning productions on, off and off-off Broadway, 50 episodes of daytime drama for ABC and NBC, Thirteen episodes of Jellybean Jungle for ABC, and 5 adaptations of theater productions for MCA/Universal, two that won ACE awards.

Producing credits include a stint as Co-coordinating Producer of America’s Most Wanted as executive-in-charge of recreations. Published works include “Checkhov in Yalta” and “Scrambled Feet” (Samuel French).
