Connor M French

Population geneticist and frog biologist interested in everything data science and R

I am a PhD student in the Biology department (concentration in Ecology, Evolution, and Behavior) at CUNY and CCNY and a GC Digital Fellow. Find my R tutorials and other fun stuff at my github!

Workshops

As a GC Digital Fellow, I teach workshops every semester aimed at preparing scholars to tackle their digital projects. My particular strength is the R programming language, so all of my workshops and tutorials center around this language. Past workshops include introductory R, data wrangling in R, data visualization in R, and reproducible data analysis in R. Check them out on my github (http://github.com/connor-french, the ‘workr’ repo contains my GC Digital Fellows workshops), and http://github.com/GC-DRI (Any repo with ‘R’ in the title).
