Chris Vine, Academic Director of the MA in Applied Theatre, created the Program with long-time collaborator Helen White, based on over 35 years professional theatre experience. He is a founding member of Perspectives Theatre Company (UK), former Artistic Director of Greenwich Young People’s Theatre (London) and the Creative Arts Team (New York). His work has extended worldwide: the MA Program currently runs Project Rwanda. Specialities include theatre-in-education (TIE), process drama and Augusto Boal’s Theatre of the Oppressed. His most recent publication is as co-editor of Learning Through Theatre: The Changing Face of Theatre in Education.
