I’m a manager in social services operations at WTC. my job requires lot of perfection in data, numbers and tables which I love doing it. Other part of my job to cover all citywide complaints/ inquiries regarding SNAP cases. I am focused on achieving masters in urban studies to understand my environment better to serve its habitants to the best.
