    Podcast on the aftereffects of the Jerome Avenue Rezoning and possible policy solutions to mitigate displacement and real estate speculation. Policies discussed include Mandatory Inclusionary housing reform, the repeal of the 421a tax program, community land trusts, vacancy taxes, and commercial rent control. Includes mp3 file to podcast and podcast script.
