I’m excited to welcome you to this group, which we hope will enable the team behind the Commons to communicate more clearly and openly with our membership. We figure that as group admins, you are well placed to articulate features that you’d like to see, give us feedback on changes we’ve made, and help us disseminate news of new functionalities to our user base. We hope that you’ll alert us to elements of the site that are working or not working out for you and your group. Learning about the kinds of positive collaborations that the site has enabled will help us promote it within the CUNY community and beyond; learning about the problems that you’ve encountered while collaborating will help us improve the site.

I hope you’ll free free to raise questions and issues here as they relate to the functioning of groups. We’ll do our best to respond to them along with the requests we get through our Feedback forum ( http://cunycommons.uservoice.com/forums/35103-general ).

I’m going to kick things off here with a new post about a change we’re thinking about implementing. Thanks in advance for your active contributions to and monitoring of this group’s activities.
