This term, I think we should work at collecting and publishing each individual college's various standards and practices for everything to do with online education, from the forms we use for observations and course approvals, to the practices we use for encouraging faculty to develop new sections of online courses. We should focus on supporting those colleges that were not part of the Hybrid Initiative by providing them with any practices or standards created using CUNY grant money.
We will continue to explore the notion of an online journal for online and hybrid courses. With the positive press received by the Shakespeare Quarterly, we should perhaps consider their model coupled with some way to display completed courses.
