There will be a Public Interest Technology-University Network (PIT-UN) Convening on this date and it will be hosted by CUNY.

The Public Interest Technology University Network (PIT-UN), is a partnership that unites 48 colleges and universities, in order to build the growing field of public interest technology and to foster a new generation of civic-minded technologists focused on how the design and implementation of technology can best serve the public. Defining public interest technology requires centering voices historically excluded from important decision-making points in the development of technology.
