    HCZ works to get their students to and through college in an effort to break the cycle of intergenerational poverty. HCZ offers many programs to support students and their families throughout their growth.

    1) Early Childhood (0-5 yrs); The Baby College, Three-Year-Old Journey, & Harlem Gems
    2) Promise Academy (Gr K-12); Elementary School, Middle School, & High School
    3) Youth Programs (Gr K-12); Peacemakers, A Cut Above, The Academy of Arts & Civic Engagement, The Employment and Technology Center, & Countee Cullen Community Center
