PUG – Python User’s Group

Python User’ Group (or PUG for short) is an open and informal collaborative space for experimentation and exploration with the Python programming language. It is an opportunity for those interested in Python to work together virtually and find support. PUG is open to people of all skill levels, disciplines, and backgrounds. Complete beginners to Python will find a place here. Come, and let’s learn together.

Meeting Schedule this Semester? Also census api with python?

  • Hi all,

Yay new semester. What’s the PUG meeting schedule for this semester? Also, I’d be very interested in doing at least 1 session focused on census data and accessing the census API via python.  Is anyone else interested in digging into this?

  • Hi Annalisa!

We just decided the schedule for the semester, and we will start next week (Feb 7). I will post everything tomorrow.

I like your idea for a session, why don’t you bring that up on the next meeting so we could talk more details?
