MOOCs and the like

This is a private ad hoc subgroup of the Committee on Academic Technology devoted to the discussion of some of the more recent and highly touted innovations in online and tech-mediated instruction: Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), blends of them with face-to-face instruction, forms of credentialing for such instruction, and so on.
