The report we did on the survey about guest printing options is now available in final form as a PDF in the Files section of this group site:

I’ll send a copy of the report to the CUNY Committee on Academic Technology, the Systems Committee, and to the Council of Chief Librarians. Thanks to everyone who helped with getting the survey and report done.
