Internet Research Team

The Internet Research Team is a student-led group of scholars interested in exploring, discussing, and using online and digital research methods. The group also includes faculty and staff and meets regularly throughout the year. We invite people of all levels of technical skills who are conducting or have an interest in online and digital research to join the group here on the Commons and attend the meetings.

    Matt Gold, Advisor to the Provost for Master's Programs and Digital Initiatives, will present information about the Digital Fellows Program and Digital Innovation Grants at the next meeting of the Internet Research Team on Thursday, March 7 from 12 – 1:30 p.m. in Room 6304.01.

    All students who are interested in learning more about these funding opportunities and how to apply are invited to attend. Please note that the meeting will start PROMPTLY at noon.

    In addition to Matt's presentation and a Q & A with a grantee, the agenda includes a re-cap of the IRT & OpenCUNY organized panel at the Theorizing the Web conference and a presentation by Digital Innovation Grantee MIcki Kaufman on "Data Mining Diplomacy"
