Improving Math Learning

This is an online community for the CUNY Improving Undergraduate Mathematics Learning grants awarded in 2009. All members of the CUNY community including the grantees and other math professors are welcomed to join the group.

    Happy New Year! Hope you all had a wonderful holiday.

    This is a friendly reminder of some important dates. I’ll appreciate your timely responses.

    January 14 (Fri)
    RSVP deadline for the 2/18 luncheon (below)

    preliminary progress report due
    Contents: A 1- to 2-page single-spaced report should contain the following:
    – a brief summary of the project
    – data collected so far (a visual representation of the data such as a graph or table is welcomed)
    – plans for Spring 2011

    February 18 (Fri)
    IML Luncheon
    12:30-2:30pm
    @Macaulay Honors College (Please be aware that the venue is different from the one previously announced)
