Braven is a non-profit organization founded in 2013 by Aimée Eubanks Davis, with the aim of helping underrepresented college students achieve their career goals. Its mission is to bridge the opportunity gap for first-generation, low-income, and underrepresented students, and help them secure their first dream jobs.

Students from these communities often experience self-doubt during high-stakes moments, especially if they come from non-traditional backgrounds or belong to marginalized groups. To address this issue, Braven offers a comprehensive 15-week program to its students. This program equips them with the necessary skills, resources, and network to succeed in the workforce – comprises three phases: skill-building, career exploration, and career launch. Ultimately, the goal is to empower underrepresented students to realize their full potential and achieve their career aspirations.
