CUNY S.T.E.A.M.

“STEAM” is an acronym for the fields of study of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics. We hope to discuss the reasons, methods, and means to include arts and design in STEM fields education. The disciplines within arts and design include skills and ways of thinking we find to be integral to a circumspect and holistic application of all knowledge. In short, including arts training helps all students become better thinkers.
