    Welcome new members to CUNY CRAFTS! I thought we could start by introducing ourselves.

    I teach CJ at Queensborough Community College. In my spare time (what little there is of it), I bead office supplies. Mainly tape dispensers. I love shopping for beads in the fabulous NYC "bead district". I recently opened up an Etsy shop.

    What do other people craft? Do you work on projects just for friends and family, or do you try to market your wares?

    Any thoughts on how to create a CUNY crafts community?
