    The Welfare Fund is once again heading fro bankruptcy spending more than it takes in. Biggest expense is our contract money paying for the unfunded health benefits for adjuncts. The union leadership extended health benefits to adjuncts even though they were never funded in the contract. No one would deny benefits to adjuncts but they must be negotiated before they are given.
