First, I got an email from CUNY FOIL Records Access Center regarding my request for the contracts and it seems that my request won’t meet our project’s deadline.

Here:

“A determination as to whether your request is granted or denied will be reached in approximately 20 business days or we will notify you in writing if CUNY Graduate Center should require additional time to locate, assemble and review documents that may be responsive to your request.”

Plus, we need to specify and narrow our focus on the project now. I like Bianca’s idea about asking people(CUNY students, professors, and staff) opinions and perspectives on CUNY’s new LMS, Brightspace. We can provide them with the information we’ve found (we can share our Commons site, class notes, or a simple flyer by email), and also collect their responses on our Commons site.
