Seeking summer sublet for furnished room during 06/01/22 – 09/01/22. I live in a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment near Columbia University. My roommate is traveling during the summer break, so you will have the apartment to yourself the entire summer. Dates are flexible, so if you need a different time range, let me know and we can work something out.
Also, in the case of a great fit we might be able to work something out longer term.
Rent is $1250 a month and includes all utilities (electric, wifi, etc). To move in you need to pay first month $1250, and deposit $625. Rent should be paid via zelle or similar app.
