TWO Opportunities with Chica Project

    These TWO opportunities were shared with me by recent graduate of the program, Kyla Cortez, who is currently working with ICF and Partners in Health, which the Chica Project is connected to.

    chica project is a Boston-based non-profit organization dedicated to the advancement and empowerment of young girls and Women of Color. chica project primarily serves youth ages 11-18, connecting youth to our multi-generational network of powerful women as we provide them with skills, confidence, and networks so they can thrive professionally and personally.

    chica project is currently looking for a Development Associate (remote) and Peer Leader Program Manager (Boston based and full-time).

    The Development Associate will begin part-time, however, a pipeline from part-time to full-time is being developed. The Development Associate is someone who aligns with chica project’s core values but also has a radical approach to grant-making and pushes funders to acknowledge and advance gender and racial/ethnic inequities.
