    Sabrica Barnett, of  Harlem Children’s Zone, is in the process of building out the research and evaluation team there and has a number of positions to fill structured around 3 basic areas:

    1. Research Science – Conducts research that innovates in the area of place-based poverty alleviation work, sharing best practices and actionable insights with internal and external stakeholders
    2. Program Evaluation – Supports the implementation and maintenance of evaluation systems to assess the benefits of HCZ programming on youth and the Harlem community
    3. Data Science – Supports the implementation and maintenance of data systems that promote efficient information collection and data dissemination
